College Season

The time has come to finally prepare the final college lists, get reccomendations, etc. I'll just put my list out there: UVM, Temple, Syracuse, BU, UCONN, Barnard. You'll notice that most of these schools, excepting UCONN, are in big cities, and yes I want a big city despite what many people have told me. Another similarity between the schools is that they all offer programs in various cultural studies, women's studies and they all have some sort of dance program. Barnard's dance program seems to be the best, to me at least because they offer tap. Those are the general characteristics I was looking for, and there are specific things about each school that attracted me. Also, you may have noticed I chose one all girls school. That wasn't an accident, I do actually think it would be interesting. They also have on their website reasons why all girls schools can be adventageous, which made sense to me.

So this entire entry wasn't supposed to be about college, but oh well. Aside from wondering where I might end up at school, I've begun worrying a year in advance about the sleep situation at college. I'm so not down with getting very little sleep, I might need to enlist the use of earplugs and eye pillows. That is all for now!
