Debit or Credit?

Confidential to the UVM Bookstore:

Ok Bookstore, I've had about enough of you antics. Sure, you tell me what books I need for classes, and you may charge a little more than anywhere else, but I pay it. You know why? Cause you make it pretty convenient to do so. People have bashed you before and said your prices were outrageous, but I've stuck by you. But now you've gone too far. I just bought a little cardboard card with a number inside that allows me to access a website. It measures about 4x6 inches, and literally the only thing inside is the access code. You charged me $78 for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #@*$%!

So I think it's over between us, Bookstore. (And science classes, I've had it up to here with you too! Thank God I'm an anthro major).

This has been a sad week because Heath Ledger died, and I would like to leave you with two quotes, pulled from an interview with John Travolta (I give credit to PerezHilton for finding it).

"He was my favourite actor and my favourite talent. It's like losing James Dean. I would give back all my awards and all my nominations just to have him back."

"I am truly sorry and my heart goes out to everyone who knew him and loved him, and actually, my heart goes out to me, I really don't like it. I don't like it… [trails off]"

So now that I've laughed at the expense of someone else's pain, I must go. But it really is sad that Heath Ledger died, because he was actually a talented actor and a normal and nice person.
