Lib's Misfortune

This is, and I cannot think of any other word that is sufficient, an unfortunate situation. I had just strolled into my third period math class today, and reached into my backpack for a book, when alas! I got a papercut! Now this on it's own is enough to be deemed unfortunate, but what truly made this situation unfortunate was the location of the papercut. To my dismay, the papercut is right under my fingernail! Doesn't that suck? I am truly crippled. Truly...

Aside from that, I've had a pretty normal day. I just returned home from the winter sports banquet, and not much to report there. I also am auditioning for "The Importance of Being Earnest," which will be directed by Molly Tarter. I thought it'd be fun to be in a play, so if I get it, then that would be cool, and if I don't, that's cool too. Although, the only downside of possibly doing the play and doing the dance performance is that I can't go to this YES conference thing (Kate, if there's a link, you should give it to me). It's some environment thing. I don't really know the details, but it looked fun. Unfortunately though, it is the same weekend as the dance performance... Oh well. So that's all for today.
