SUMMER

It still hasn't settled in that today is in fact the first day of summer. I had my last exam today, geology, and now I'm done for the year. I would sound more excited, but as I've said, I still haven't quite realized that school is over. You can except no updates for tonight or tomorrow, because I will not be home. I'm off to a friends camp until tomorrow!! Then, I'll come home only to be welcomed by Josh and Kara, who are visiting this weekend for a wedding.

Oh, also, you might be interested in the meeting I went to last night. The meeting was for a Costa Rica trip I'm taking this summer with VINS (Vermont Institute of Natural Science). Alice and Molly will also being going on this trip. It will be very exciting. Except that we were informed that in Costa Rica, live these tiny little bugs called chiggers. I'm not so much looking forward to seeing any of those. The poison snakes might also be a slight drawback, haha. But I'm not too worried. Lastly, we were also told last night that we may be taking a horseback trip to a volcano! That will be very exciting, except that I'm scared of horses. I know I'm definetly going to get some physco horse that will run up the volcano and walk off the edge or something.... Ah well.

Goal for tomorrow: have fun!! Posted by lib at June 13, 2003 03:17 PM
