Melatonin blues.
Certain friends who have in the past advocated melatonin as a cure-all might want to take a look at this post (via BoingBoing). Says one of the lead scientists," I'm sure that many people who take it wouldn't take steroids so glibly." Seems to switch off gonadotropin in birds. God knows what it does in people. (Of course guys will be more alarmed at this news than the ladies.) Read and be cautious.February 04, 2005
